Our herb-fed free-range chicken is reared by Farmer Edward in small flocks fed on a unique diet based on 10 different herbs from his family's herb business which give the birds a truly special taste. All of our chicken is British, barn reared and Red Tractor Assured. For some added spice or flavour we provide complementary marinades and rubs from Carribean Jerk and (another flavour to go here) to Garlic Butter
