Each trade account is overseen and managed by our Butchery Managers to ensure you get the very best service and highest quality meat at a competitive price. On enquiry, your allotted manager will arrange to visit you in your kitchen to get a clear understanding of your objectives and needs, before producing a customised price list. As we undertake full carcass work the managers can work with chefs to help suggest different options and cuts to maximise your margins.
We offer a cut, pack and label service for local smallholders. This service enables you to turn your carcasses into a professionally butchered and packaged product, so whether you are thinking of selling at a farmers market or to your friends and family we can help you produce a quality boxed product.
