We know that only the best reared cattle and the best butchery make the tastiest cuts of meat. That's why the majority of our beef still comes from our family farm on the Newbottle Estate including our Aberdeen Angus and English Longhorn herds. We also work with other local farmers who rear traditional British breeds sharing the same high standards as we do. Unlike other businesses, we undertake full carcass butchery ensuring minimum wastage and full traceability. To ensure you get the best possible taste our beef is finished in custom ageing chambers.
