Turkey Sandwich

Ingredients
8 thin slices of turkey breast
16 slices of tomato
4 mini cos lettuce leaves
4 slices of cheese or few slices of brie
8 slices of smoked streaky bacon, grilled until crispy
Garlic Mayo
Salt and Pepper
8 slices of white toast
Cocktail sticks
Cooking Instructions
Toast the bread
Layer the turkey, cheese, lettuce and tomatoes and bacon on one slice.
Spread Garlic mayo on the other slice of toast
Put the two slices together
Cut into 4 triangles and assemble with cocktail sticks, 2 small triangle sandwiches at a time
