Pork Stuffing


2 onions peeled and finely chopped

I kg of fresh minced pork

200g mushrooms finely chopped

400g fresh breadcrumbs

1 whole nutmeg

2 small apples peeled and chopped

Salt and pepper

Cooking Instructions

Lightly fry the onions in olive oil

Add the mushrooms and cook for a further 5 minutes.

Remove from heat and place in large bowl

Add the chopped apples, the minced pork, the breadcrumbs, salt and pepper and grate half of the nutmeg. Using your hands, mix together.

Place in an oven dish and bake in a pre-heated oven at 180/gas mark 4 for 45 minutes.
