Haggis Burger


500g Minced Lamb

500g Haggis

2 cloves of garlic crushed

1 tsp coriander

1 tsp cumin

small bunch of parsley chopped

small bunch of mint chopped

salt and pepper pinch of both

Cooking Instructions

Combine the minced lamb with minced haggis

Add the herbs, spices salt and pepper.

Shape into patties

Put hob on a low to medium heat .

Fry in a little oil for five to seven minutes on either side until golden on outside and piping in the middle.

Serve in a bun with sweet potato fries  on the side.
